Terms and Condition for PTP Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PTP Unity Academy (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, refrain from using the Platform.


2. Eligibility

  • Open to users aged 13+. Minors require parental/guardian consent.
  • By registering, you confirm all information provided is accurate.


3. Account Registration

    • Free Access: No fees for learners.
    • Pseudonyms Allowed: Users may register anonymously to protect identities (e.g., refugees).
    • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.


    4. Platform Content

      • Ownership:

      All courses, materials, and certifications are owned by PTP or its partners.


      • Usage Rights:

      Download/view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

      Redistribution, resale, or modification of content is prohibited.


      • NGO/Expert Content:
        Partner-uploaded content remains their property but must comply with PTP’s standards.


      5. User Responsibilities

      You agree not to:

      Engage in illegal activities, harassment, or hate speech.

      Share malware, spam, or disrupt the Platform’s functionality.

      Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.


      6. Privacy & Data

      Data collection and usage are governed by our Privacy Policy.

      User data (including refugees’) is encrypted and anonymized where possible.


      7. Certifications

      Certificates are awarded at PTP’s discretion upon course completion.

      Certificates may be revoked if fraud or misconduct is discovered.


      8. Disclaimers

        • No Guaranteed Outcomes: PTP does not guarantee employment, income, or specific results from courses.
        • Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for external websites linked on the Platform.
        • Platform Availability: Service may be interrupted due to technical issues, especially in conflict zones.


        9. Termination

        PTP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

        1. Violations of these Terms.
        2. Fraudulent activity.
        3. Threats to community safety.


        10. Governing Law

        Governed by the laws of Sudan (PTP’s headquarters).

        Users in Sudan and other regions must comply with local laws.


        11. Limitation of Liability

        PTP and its partners are not liable for:

        • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from Platform use.
        • Errors in course content or technical malfunctions.


        12. Changes to Terms

        • Updates will be posted on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
